Pastry Class - 27th April

An introduction to pastry.  In a combination of hands on and demos, we'll make and bake a variety of beautiful recipes to help you get started at home; including sweet pastry, savoury pastry, choux pastry, frangipane, compotes and creams.

Ciara will talk through the importance of quality ingredients, including using a variety of Irish grown grains, and celebrating seasonal produce to make delicious pastry based sweet and savoury bakes at home. 

At the end of class we'll have a light lunch and, of course, eat some of our delicious creations for dessert!
