Introduction to Bread Baking - Saturday 11th April

In this class we’ll explore all the essentials to make delicious breads with confidence. 

• Understanding different yeasted doughs and what makes each one unique

• Mixing, kneading, and shaping techniques you can easily repeat at home

• Working with fermentation and simple schedules that suit your lifestyle

• Tips for baking in a home oven and getting great results every time

This class starts at 10am and runs until 2pm, and includes all the recipes from the day plus dough to take home so you can keep baking. And of course—there’ll be plenty of fresh bread to enjoy together!
