Dinner - Jess Murphy, Kai - 25th April

Join us for a special communal multi course dinner hosted in Ursa Minor Bakehouse with Ciara as she welcomes Jess Murphy to cook in the kitchen.

Originally from New Zealand, Jess moved to Ireland and in 2011 opened the doors of Kai, the award-winning restaurant she runs with her husband, Dave Murphy. Kai is the only restaurant in Ireland to have been awarded the Michelin Green Star and is abucket list meal for most food travellers to the island. Jess also works with the UNHCR and is passionate about helping refugees in Ireland record their food stories. In Autumn 2025 Jess released her first book, The Kai Cookbook, A love letter to the West of Ireland
