Pizza Class - Saturday 24th May

Got a Ooni or Gozney pizza oven at home and not sure how to use it? Keen to make pizza with your family and friends? This is the class for you.

In this class we will explore all the elements to make the perfect pizza at home.

• Looking at different styles of pizza (Neapolitan, New York, Roma)
• Making pizza with different schedules and figuring out which would work best for you
• Perfect sauce and topping ideas
• Different baking methods

This class starts at 12pm and runs until around 4pm and includes all the recipes from the day and pizza dough to bring home.  Plus we'll feast on our pizzas together!
