Our Terms and Conditions for booking a class or event
1. Introduction
These terms and conditions govern your use of the Ursa Minor Bakery School website and participation in our baking courses. By booking a course, you accept these terms & conditions in full.
2. Course Bookings and Payment
- All course bookings are subject to availability.
- Full payment is required at the time of booking.
- Payments can be made online via our website by credit card.
3. Cancellation Policy
- If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us at least 7 days before the course date for a full refund.
- All cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled course date are deemed non-refundable.
- It may be possible transfer your booking if there is a waiting list but if we are unable to find a replacement, your booking will be non-refundable.
- We will endavour to reschedule your booking to a suitable date, depending on availabilty.
- Ursa Minor Bakery School reserves the right to cancel or reschedule courses. In the unlikely cases, participants will be offered an alternative date or a full refund
- All baking class begins promptly on time to respect the time of all participants. In case of unforeseen delays, guest can join the class up to a maximum of 15 minutes after the scheduled start time. Late entries are considered as no-shows and no refunds will be issued.
5. Course Participation & Conduct
Participants are expected to conduct themselves appropriately and follow the safety guidelines provided by Ursa Minor Baker School. reserves the right to remove any participant from the course
due to disruptive or unsafe behaviour, without a refund.
6. Liability Waiver
Ursa Minor Bakery School is not responsible for any personal injury or damage to property that may occur during the course. Participants are responsible for their own safety and belongings.
7. Intellectual Property
Course materials and recipes provided by Studio Patisserie are for personal use only and may not be reproduced or distributed without our consent.
